On the
ground floor the living/dining room is well equipped, air conditioned
and spacious. The kitchen has all the usual utensils and appliances,
which include a washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. Outside the
gardens are mainly laid to lawn with planted shrubs and the private
swimming pool can be accessed from the large covered patio.
Booking Procedure
There are no set changeover days, however, please choose dates as close as
possible to existing bookings. Bookings may be
made by
email to
lemontreevilla@o2.co.uk
or by telephone to the number on the Contact Us page.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a
non-refundable deposit of
25% (see Terms & Conditions) of the total cost of renting the Villa with the balance payable within 6 weeks of departure.
